To fully exploit the potential of our platform technology we are seeking collaborations to bring forward new methods and innovative products, and unlock the true potential of certain classes of innovative medicines.

PCI Biotech’s platform technology is under development in two different areas: (1) Photochemical lysis (PCL), inducing selective light-triggered cell lysis to enhance extraction of viral vectors while reducing host-cell impurities in viral vector manufacturing. (2) Photochemical internalisation (PCI), inducing light-triggered endosomal release.

COLLABORATIONS

We commit to partners with synergistic ideas to drive progress. The main priorities are collaborations for developing the promising PCL technology for viral vector manufacturing and partnerships for locally enhanced intracellular delivery by the PCI technology for dermatological or intratumoural applications.
